Pork and Potato Casserole


4 Pork chops
8 Peeled and sliced potatoes, about 16 oz
Sour cream
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c Water


  1. Flour and brown porkchops.
  2. Layer potatoes & sour cream mix in pan until all used up and the last layer is the sour cream mix. Place pork chops on top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. and 45 min. or until potatoes are done.
